It is also to start development work, in May, on its new pub and hotel in Dublin.
These three new pubs will bring the total number of Wetherspoon outlets in the Republic of Ireland to eight, with more set to open.
A total of €27 million is being invested on the three new pubs, with the creation of 570 new jobs.
Wetherspoon currently operates five pubs in the Republic of Ireland: The Forty Foot (Dún Laoghaire), The Great Wood (Blanchardstown), The Linen Weaver (Cork), The Old Borough pub and hotel (Swords) and The Three Tun Tavern (Blackrock).
The Tullow Gate is being developed on the site of the former Traders Bar, in Tullow Street.
The Silver Penny is being built in Abbey Street Lower, near to the well-known Abbey Theatre.
To build the new pub, two distinctive local landmarks are being developed and restored: an old bank building and a former chapel.
The third pub, Keavan’s Port Hotel, which will incorporate an 89-bedroom hotel, will be built on the site of disused buildings in Camden Street Upper/Lower, in Dublin’s city centre.

The pub and hotel are set to open in January 2020.
Wetherspoon’s chairman, Tim Martin, said: “We have enjoyed great success with our five existing pubs in the Republic of Ireland and are looking forward to opening the three new outlets.
“We will continue to look for other sites.”
