Colour me pink. We have two new beautifully blushing additions to our gin collection.
Gin-lovers can now enjoy a pretty pair of new pink gins, both hailing from Scotland to join our fantastic ever-growing range in the Wetherspoon gin palace.
Gordon’s Pink Gin (37.5% ABV), from Fife, and Edinburgh Gin Rhubarb & Ginger Liqueur, made in Scotland’s capital city, have now been added to our gin selection.
Gordon’s Pink Gin is inspired by an original Gordon’s recipe from the 1880s.
The premium pink distilled gin is perfectly crafted to balance the refreshing taste of Gordon’s with the natural sweetness of raspberries and strawberries, together with the tang of redcurrants, served up in a unique blushing tone.
It is made using only natural fruit flavours and a subtle touch of juniper – to guarantee the highest-quality real berry taste.
Dating from 1769, when Alexander Gordon first built his distillery in Southwark, London, Gordon’s is now the world’s number-one best-selling gin.
Gordon’s (37.5% ABV), the classic gin, is also among our gin palace range. The ever-popular brand is served with lime.
Our second pretty-in-pink gin is Edinburgh Gin Distillery’s Rhubarb & Ginger Liqueur (20% ABV) – a sweet, fruity liqueur, balanced by a delicate warmth and spicy finish.
Rhubarb is the ideal ingredient for a sweet gin liqueur.
An intensely flavoured mainstay of kitchen gardens across Scotland, this spring-crop rhubarb is freshly picked, spiked with oriental ginger and infused into newly distilled original Edinburgh Gin.
Left to steep for four weeks, the result is a liqueur with sweetly spiced notes, as well as candied ginger, lemongrass and cardamom aromas, making it a great ingredient for a variety of cocktails.
Edinburgh Gin’s head distiller, David Wilkinson, leads the team at its two sites in Edinburgh’s West End and Leith, developing the distillery’s distinguished family of contemporary gins.
