What payment options are available on the app?
We accept the following payment methods: debit and credit cards, PayPal, Google Pay and Apple Pay.
The app does not accept the following payment methods: cash, American Express or Wetherspoon gift cards.
Can I swap items on my meal?
At present, the app does not allow meal customisation. This is something we’re looking to release in future.
Why won’t the app process the price of my deal?
If you add a drink to a meal or take advantage of one of our other offers, you won’t see the deal price in your basket until you select ‘Apply any offers and calculate final price’. Your basket will update the final price before you pay for your order.
How do I report a bug on the app?

Do I have to order food to use the app?
The app may be used for ordering drinks, food or both in the same transaction. You can also use it to book hotel rooms.
Why are products missing or greyed-out on the app?
Currently, the app menu matches the pub’s printed menu. If a product is greyed-out, it is unavailable or out of stock in the venue.
Is my data secure on the app? What data is captured?
We capture and securely store the first and last name, plus the e-mail address of each customer. This is so that we can provide an electronic receipt.
How do I obtain a refund for an order placed on the app?
Please speak to a management team member who can deal with your issue; if necessary, he/she will process the refund on the till. If you believe that your refund has not been properly processed in the pub, please contact our customer services team, using this contact form.
How do I get a receipt for an order placed on the app?
A receipt for each order will be sent to the e-mail address provided. If you have paid with PayPal, you will also receive a PayPal receipt.
My meal includes a drink: how do I add one?
When a meal deal includes a drink, you can use the ‘Include a drink’ button. This will link you to the list of selected included drinks which you may then add to your order. Please note that, if you add a drink to a meal, you won’t see the deal price in your basket until you select ‘Calculate final price’. Your basket will update the price, before you pay for your order.
How do I search for an item?
In the top right-hand corner of the app, there is a magnifying glass icon. If you click on this, you will be able to search the menu for your item, using your keyboard or microphone.
