If you have booked and paid in advance to stay with us, yet the hotel has had to close and you would like a refund or to reschedule your stay, please note that you can complete a ‘contact us’ form here and we will contact you within 14 days of the receipt of your request. If you have booked via booking.com, please cancel via the online portal.
If you have a Wetherspoon gift card/CAMRA voucher which has expired during lockdown (or is close to expiring), these will still be valid for an additional year from their expiry date.
